About Irene

Irene oversees all administrative functions of Solomon Community Solar and plays a critical role in defining the company’s culture and organizational strategy. Irene brings to Solomon extensive experience in human relations, recruiting, management coaching, and strategic consulting.

Experience

Prior to the formation of Solomon Community Solar Irene served as Chief Administrative Officer of Soluxe Inc., a supplier of energy efficiency technologies, as well as Solomon Energy, an advisor on solar options to commercial property owners and municipalities. She also managed Solomon Energy Advisors, a broker of commercial electricity and natural gas supply.

Irene managed the offices and administrative personnel of MXenergy from 2006-2016. Earlier in her career she served as executive assistant to the CEO of Thompson Publishing prior to its merger with Reuters.
