In short, subscribers that understand our clients’ products. Our direct mail channel attracts households with an average FICO score over 720 and high annual usage (e.g., in New York average usage exceeds 10,000 kWh). Our face-to-face channel, backed by a quality assurance process and recorded third party verifications, reaches historically underserved low and moderate income populations.  Our digital and community marketing efforts, under our trademarked Clean Energy Partner™ program, enrolls motivated subscribers at low cost.

Continuous customer engagement is important to us. We send out monthly newsletters and periodic referral offers that keep subscribers loyal and reduce churn.  Most importantly, we market in our clients’ brand names so that their subscribers know the developers that are serving them.
